Case Zero

Privacy Policy

Case Zero is built and operated by Min Seon Kim, an independent developer based in Tokyo, Japan.

Data we collect: None.

Case Zero stores all of your gameplay data — your solve history, streak, settings preferences, and purchase entitlement — locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. None of this data is transmitted to us, to any server we operate, or to any third party.

What Apple sees

• App Store purchases, including the Detective Pass in-app purchase, are processed by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy. We receive aggregate, anonymized sales reporting from Apple. We do not receive your name, email, payment information, or any other personal data.
• Crash reports, if you've opted into sharing them with developers in your iOS Settings, are processed by Apple and may be made available to us in aggregate form. We do not link these reports to any identity.

What we don't do

• We don't run analytics SDKs.
• We don't run advertising SDKs.
• We don't operate a server that stores your data.
• We don't share, sell, or transmit your data to any third party.

Notifications

If you enable daily reminders in Settings, Case Zero schedules a local notification on your device. These notifications are generated and delivered entirely on-device — they do not go through any server.

Children

Case Zero is rated 4+ by the App Store and does not collect any data from any user, of any age.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
